Jim Messina

Jim Messina currently serves as Senior Director for Category Commercial, Beverages, and previously held the position of Senior Director of Sales for East Grocery at Danone North America since September 2019. Alongside this role, Jim is the Owner and CEO of Lily Bear Clips, LLC, a Great Clips franchise. Prior experience includes serving as Strategic BI Architect and Director of Insights & Analytics at DAS Companies, where Jim established a new Business Intelligence department and led the development of analytics tools to enhance business performance. With over two decades of experience in sales and strategic roles at notable companies such as Campbell Soup Company and The Hershey Company, Jim has a proven track record in driving sales growth, managing national accounts, and building collaborative business plans. Jim holds a B.S. in Speech Communication and Journalism from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
