Julia MALAURIE

Julia Malaurie is the Head of HR Sales & Marketing at Danone, where they currently lead initiatives focused on employee engagement and HR strategy across Europe. Previously, they held various roles at Danone, including Head of HRBP & Transformation and Transformation and Organisation Manager, contributing to significant organizational changes across 20 countries. Prior experience at Alstom saw Julia engage in recruitment management and HR strategy deployment for North Europe and CIS, overseeing talent management for over 1,200 employees. Julia began their career as a Recruitment Manager at Opteaman, where they developed foundational skills in talent acquisition.
