Previously, various roles at Danone included HRD for Sales Functions and Talent Director, where Natalie emphasized team building and talent development. Before joining Danone, experience includes leadership positions at Amplua and Malakut HR-Research and Solutions, where responsibilities encompassed consulting on engagement, talent management, and corporate learning. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing and a Master's in Marketing from the State University of Management, as well as a BA in Sociology and International Relations from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
