Takoua Debeche

Takoua Debeche currently serves as Chief R&D Officer for Global Categories (Dairy, Plant-Based, Waters) at Danone since October 2017, overseeing strategy and execution across these categories. Prior to this role, Takoua was Chief Research & Innovation Officer at Danone North America, playing a pivotal role in innovation and product development for the region. Takoua's career includes a position as VP of R&D, Production and Quality Assurance at Wild Fork Foods North America, and several significant roles at Nestlé, including Head of R&D and Innovation for New Product Development, where leadership encompassed multiple categories and substantial financial oversight. Takoua began formal training with a Doctoral Thesis in Molecular Biology and Enzymology from Institut National de Recherche Agronomique, graduating with honors, and has prior experience as an Engineer and Research Scientist at Gist Brocades, contributing to advancements in flavors bioconversion and therapeutic applications.
