Tracy Lausman

Tracy Lausman is a seasoned professional in customer experience and supply chain management, currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Experience at Danone since February 2014. Prior roles at Danone include Director of Customer Supply Chain for Strategic Growth Channels and Director of Customer Supply Chain for the Natural Channel, where responsibilities encompassed managing partnerships with major distributors and retailers across various sectors. Prior to Danone, Tracy worked at Nestlé Waters North America as a Project Manager overseeing innovation projects and held the position of Demand Planning Manager at Nestle, focusing on planning for Hot Pockets and Lean Pockets. Early career experience includes various supply chain and distribution roles at Ford Motor Company. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Supply Chain from Western Michigan University and an MBA from the University of Detroit Mercy.
