Yong Shen

Yong Shen has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as the Talent Director for Greater China at Danone since September 2009, where responsibilities include overseeing HR functions and partnering with stakeholders to support organizational growth. Previously held positions at Danone include Associate Director of Human Resources and Senior HR Manager for Danone Dairy China, where Yong managed staffing nationally and served as a business partner for the commercial organization and Shanghai factory. Prior experience includes serving as Staffing Supervisor at Hewlett-Packard and HR Officer at Philips Electronics Netherlands. Yong holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geographic Information System and Applied Psychology from East China Normal University, completed in 2003.
