Niels-Aage Ladekjær-Mikkelsen

Niels-Aage Ladekjær-Mikkelsen is an experienced professional in human resources with a strong background in leadership and organizational development. Currently serving as Formand for Varde Cykelklub since February 2024, Niels-Aage has also held the position of HR Direktør/CHRO and Head of Human Resources at Danpo A/S since December 2019. Previous roles include HR Manager at Bosch Nordic from February 2008 to November 2019, HR Partner at Holger Christiansen, and service as a 1st Lieutenant in the Danish Army from 2001 to 2006, including a deployment to Iraq. Niels-Aage's academic background includes a Bachelor in the Art of War from the Danish Military Academy.
