Richard Gravel

Richard Gravel is a seasoned construction management professional with extensive experience in various project management roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Discipline Manager and Superintendent at Kiewit since August 2023, Richard has previously held positions as Senior Project Engineer at Dan's Excavating, Inc. and Project Manager at Spence Brothers. Richard's background includes significant contributions to the Ford Van Dyke Transmission Plant Refurbishment at Walbridge, as well as key roles in large-scale projects such as the Cabot Bald Knob Wire Rope Safety Fence and the DFW Connector while at Peter Kiewit Infrastructure Co. Richard holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management from Eastern Michigan University and an Associate of Science in Architectural Construction Technology from Henry Ford College.
