Shandra Dunn

Shandra Dunn is an accomplished laborer with extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving at Laborer's Local 1191 since January 2020 and recognized as the 2019 AGC Apprentice of the Year. At Dan's Excavating, Inc., since October 2015, Shandra has gained expertise in various construction activities including elevated work platforms, scaffold building, and traffic control. Additionally, Shandra has been recognized as the 2019 MASCI Apprentice of the Year and is a graduate of the Michigan Department of Transportation On the Job Training program. Previous experiences include customer service and data entry at K&J Property Preservation and participation in the Access For All apprenticeship readiness program. Shandra holds a degree in Laborer, Commercial Carpentry from the Laborers International Union of North America and an Associate of Science in Funeral Service and Mortuary Science from Henry Ford College.
