Louise Brix-Hansen

Louise Brix-Hansen is currently serving as the Chief Transformation Officer at dao since June 2025, where responsibilities include overseeing Business Development, IT Development, and the Project Management Office within the Executive Management team. Prior experience includes serving as the Head of Program at the Mærsk Mc-Kinney Møller Center for Zero Carbon Shipping, driving decarbonization efforts in the shipping industry, and leading operational excellence at Menzies Aviation. Louise held significant roles at Copenhagen Airports A/S, improving passenger experience and optimizing processes, as well as at A.P. Moller - Maersk Group, managing human resources and global process improvement initiatives. Education credentials include an Executive Education Certificate from Harvard Kennedy School and an MBA from AVT Business School.
