Christoffer Skov

Christoffer Skov has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2001 as a student assistant to the working environment team at the Danish Confederation of Employers. Christoffer then joined the Ministry of Employment's Economic Department in 2004 as a Head of Section, involved in negotiations and project leadership. In 2006, they moved to the Ministry of Employment's Political Department as a Head of Section, focusing on foreign labor and integration.

In 2007, Skov transitioned to the private sector, joining the Confederation of Danish Industry (DI) as an Adviser, responsible for developing DI's weekly newsletter on labor law and handling internal communications during collective agreement negotiations. Christoffer gradually took on more senior roles within DI, becoming a Senior Adviser and webmaster for labor law-related sites, and later a Director responsible for managing a team and leading negotiations for collective agreements in the bus, taxi, and train industries.

Skov's responsibilities continued to expand within DI, where they held the position of Senior Director and contributed to the coordination of DI's collective bargaining, the digitalization of advisory services, and online communication on labor law. Christoffer also became a lead negotiator for collective agreements and played a key role in new legislation regarding temporary agency workers.

Christoffer Skov's education history begins in 1993 when they attended Metropolitanskolen where they completed their Matematisk student degree. From 1997 to 2004, they continued their education at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen, graduating with a cand.scient.pol. degree in Political Science. In 2016, Skov attended Green/Andersen for an Executive Course in Executive Leadership Training. Later in 2019, they attended Harvard Business School for an Executive Course in Driving Digital Strategy.
