Nina Lykke Kjeldsen

Nina Lykke Kjeldsen is a legal professional with extensive expertise in employment law and labour law, currently serving as the Director of Business Development and Legal Tech at DI - Dansk Industri since September 2012. With a background that includes roles as Director of Legal Tech and Professional Head of Digital Transformation in the Employment and Labour Law Department, Nina has significant experience in negotiation, litigation, arbitration, and project management. Prior experience includes positions as an attorney and legal consultant with a focus on employment law, as well as roles in insolvency law during tenure at Kromann Reumert. Nina holds an LL.M. in Law from Aarhus University, has completed an Intensive Programme in International Law at the University of Deusto, and has undergone strategic HR training.
