Annie Kerper

Annie Kerper is a legal professional with extensive experience in various legal roles. Currently serving as Legal Director at Danske Bank since October 2022, Annie previously held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at FOREX AB from June 2020 to October 2022 and Senior Legal Counsel at Bluestep Bank from May 2017 to May 2020. Prior to these roles, Annie worked at Kredit-Inkasso AB and Handelsbanken, focusing on insolvency law and corporate consulting. The early career included positions at Balco AB and KPMG. Annie holds a Master’s degree in Commercial Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Jönköping University, complemented by studies in Business and National Economy at the University of Wolverhampton.
