Anu Ilvonen

Anu Ilvonen is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in both corporate and marketing communications. Currently serving as the Head of Communications at Danske Bank since May 2018, Anu leads a dedicated team focused on enhancing the bank's reputation and brand through integrated communication strategies. Previously, Anu held senior positions within Danske Bank, including Head of MarCom Finland and Head of Communications for Finland, where efforts were directed towards improving internal engagement and external communications. Prior roles include Director of Corporate Communications at Fiskars, where Anu managed corporate and financial communications, and Communications Manager at NASDAQ OMX. Anu began a career in journalism at the Finnish News Agency and holds Master's degrees in Management and Journalism from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu and the University of Tampere, respectively.
