Gustav Ellegaard Stegger is currently the Head of People & Organization Transformation at Danske Bank, leading initiatives in the Transformation Centre of Excellence within the T&S division since January 2019. With a progressive career at Danske Bank, Gustav has held multiple roles including Principal Consultant and Program Lead, focusing on strategy and transformation in the financial sector. Prior experience includes a management consultant position at Implement Consulting Group and a client service role at The Nielsen Company. Educational accomplishments include an MSc in Economics & Business Administration with a focus on Global Marketing & Innovation Management from SDU Slagelse and a degree from Aarhus University.
