John Ohlsson

John Ohlsson is the Head of Customer Lifecycle Governance at Danske Bank, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, John served at Danske Invest from November 2016 to September 2023, where responsibilities included Head of Governance & Management, Head of Luxembourg Branch, and Senior Legal Advisor. Earlier experience includes Senior Legal Counsel at Nordea from December 2010 to November 2016 and Associate at Advokatfirman Törngren Magnell from April 2007 to December 2010, focusing on Capital Markets, Private M&A, and Company Law. Additionally, John was a lecturer on securities law at Örebro University in early 2010. Academic qualifications include a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Uppsala University, Anti-Money Laundering Specialist certification from ACAMS, and a certification in Effective Company Directorship from Styrelseakademien / The Swedish Board Academy.
