Josefine Ussing Roest

Josefine Ussing Roest has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Josefine began their career at Trollbeads A/S as a Montrice, responsible for installing and examining silver into Trollbeads and handling packing tasks. Josefine then joined SPORTMASTER - "Vild med sport" as a Sales Assistant and later as a Student Assistant in the Procurement Department HQ, where they supported the procurement team, managed private label product design, and communicated with Chinese factories.

In 2015, Josefine joined COWI, starting as an Intern in Communications Norway, where they worked on concept development, visual identity, and transnational relations. Josefine then became a Communications Assistant, supporting the Group Communication team on various projects. Josefine also held roles as a Recruitment Partner, HR Recruitment Consultant, and Project Manager for COWI Try, managing recruitment processes and overseeing communication projects.

Josefine'smost recent position is as the Head of Human Resources at Danske Shoppingcentre, a role they took on in 2020.

Josefine Ussing Roest has a diverse education history. Josefine obtained a Master of Science degree in Business Administration and Organisational Communication from Copenhagen Business School between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2015, they completed their Bachelor of Arts in Intercultural Market Communication at the same institution. In 2011, they studied Business, Language, and Culture at Copenhagen Business School, but the degree obtained during this period is unknown.

In addition to their business education, Josefine also pursued language studies. In 2011, they attended Don Quijote in Madrid and achieved a Level B2 proficiency in Spanish.

Before their university studies, between 2007 and 2010, Josefine attended Birkerød Gymnasium, where they focused on Biology and Physical Education, obtaining a STX degree. Josefine'searliest education was completed at Dronninggårdskolen from 1997 to 2007, but the specific degrees or fields of study obtained during this period are unknown.

Furthermore, Josefine has also obtained several certifications. In 2019, they received certifications in PAPI and Logiks from Cubiks. More recently, in June 2021, they obtained certifications in People Test Person (PTP) and People Test Logic (PTL) from People Test Systems A/S.
