Kashinath Igoor

Kashinath Igoor is an experienced professional in customer experience and process excellence, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at Danube Properties. Previously, Kashinath held various leadership positions, including Director of Customer Experience Excellence at DAMAC Properties and Quality Lead at Infosys BPM. Additionally, Kashinath worked as a Customer Experience Strategist and Consultant at ALASKA TRADING LLC, and served multiple roles at Firstsource, advancing from Manager to Deputy General Manager in Process Excellence. Kashinath is currently pursuing a degree in Leadership Skills, Business Administration, and Management at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and holds a Black Belt in Statistics from the International Six Sigma Institute.
