Shibu Stephen

Shibu Stephen is an experienced manager in project planning, currently serving as the Manager of Planning at DANWAY Elect & Mech Engg in Dubai since August 2009. Responsibilities include scheduling, monitoring, cost control, and post-construction analysis while leading a team of Planning Engineers. Prior to this role, Shibu worked as a Project Planner at ALICO Sharjah, overseeing planning and scheduling for curtain wall and skylight projects. Earlier experience includes managing residential and commercial construction projects as a Projects Manager at NovaTech Consultants & Contractors in Kerala, India, and serving as a Graduate Engineer at The Kerala Minerals & Metals Ltd, focusing on maintenance programs. Shibu holds a B Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kerala and TKM College of Engineering, both earned between 1991 and 1996.
