Lauri Kibby

Vice Chair at DAP Health

Ms. Kibby has 35-years experience in construction and development having started her career with Irvine Retail Properties where she worked on the development of 13 community centers and the remerchandising and positioning of Fashion Island, Newport Beach. Kibby then went on to become CEO of a construction company specializing in the restoration and adaptive reuse of historic structures completing well over 150 projects in both San Francisco and Los Angeles. In 2006 she left the construction business and went on to develop several small single-family residential subdivisions in S. California as well as entitling several hotel mixed-use projects.

She is currently constructing the Dream Hotel and Residences adjacent to the Convention Center due to open in early to mid-2020. Ms. Kibby was responsible for the entitlement and design of the project. Additionally, Ms. Kibby is Co-founder and CFO of a local agricultural company, Kings Garden. She and her partners are taking the Company public on the CSE, which is due to start trading in September of this year.

Ms. Kibby has a wide and varied business expertise in start-up businesses and loves assisting others in bringing their dreams to life. She has contributed her spare time to act in an executive capacity working with start-ups and small businesses in real estate development, construction, health & beauty, music, Internet, hospitality, and financial services. She has participated in funds acquisitions having raised over $60M in her career and has successfully negotiated the sale, merger or acquisition of several small companies.

She has also been an active participant on several Boards through the years including Marin CASA and Through the Flower, both non-profits and she currently sits on the Board of Mizell Senior Center, Digicom and Obscura Records.
