Mita Beach

Mita Beach is an experienced leader in healthcare operations, currently serving as the Director of Operations for Specialty and Gender Health & Wellness at DAP Health since July 2023. With a strong background in transgender health navigation, Mita has held various roles including Interim Director and Manager of Gender Health & Wellness, successfully developing specialty care programs and facilitating referrals for gender-affirming surgeries. Mita also owns MitaBear Consulting, LLC, providing coaching, workshops, and advocacy services. Additional experience includes tenures at Borrego Health as a Trans Healthcare Navigator and as Project Manager at Experiential Media Group, along with a history of successfully managing corporate event productions. Mita's educational pursuits include certifications in substance abuse counseling and body piercing, with ongoing studies at the College of the Desert.
