Kuldipak Pednekar

Kuldipak Pednekar has extensive work experience in the maritime industry, with a focus on engineering projects and business development.

From 2022, Kuldipak has been working as the Head of Naval Engineering at Daphne Technology.

Prior to this, from 2018 to 2021, they worked at Clean Marine AS as a Project Manager, overseeing the successful completion of Exhaust Gas Cleaning System (EGCS) projects. Notably, they led a project retrofitting 31 EGCS units on various ships, which won an industry award.

In 2021, Kuldipak attended the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) for a program in Cognitive System Engineering in 2021. In 2022, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Innovation and Design Thinking from Emeritus.
