Muhanned ElTinai has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Muhanned began their career in 2010 as a Board Member and Orientation Coordinator at the American University of Sharjah. In 2011, they Co-Organized Startup Weekend Dubai and was a Lead Organizer of Sharjah Startup Weekend 2012. Muhanned also held the roles of Team Leader and Sales Executive at iSTYLE Middle East from 2011 to 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Community Manager for Al Rawabi Dairy's (UAE) online and social media accounts at Disruptive Labs Inc. In 2017, they worked as a Retail Banking Services & Products Consultant at ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank and as an Inside Business Partner and Client Service Coordinator at FranklinCovey Middle East. From 2019 to 2020, they were an Operations Manager at Mabany and is currently the Head of Business Operations and Business Development and Partnerships at Dapi.

Muhanned ElTinai has a diverse educational background. Muhanned obtained a British High School Degree from Al Ma'arifa International Private School between 2004 and 2008. Muhanned then went on to receive a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Engineering from American University of Sharjah between 2009 and 2011. In 2015, they earned an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Diablo Valley College.
