Hebah AlNajjar has a background in pharmaceuticals and regulatory affairs. From May 2008 to December 2009, they worked as a Regulatory Affairs Executive at Dar Al Dawa Development & Investment Co. Hebah then moved on to the role of Medical Information Section Supervisor and QPPV from January 2010 to July 2015 at the same company. In July 2015, they were promoted to the position of Medical Information Section Head and QPPV, where they are currently employed. Prior to their time at Dar Al Dawa Development & Investment Co, Hebah worked as a Retail Pharmacist at Pharmacy 1 from April 2007 to April 2008.
Hebah AlNajjar completed their secondary education at Sukaina Secondary School from 2000 to 2002. Following this, they attended Jordan University of Science and Technology from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
