Mohannad Abu Zghailah is a highly skilled quality and food safety professional with advanced expertise in designing, implementing, and managing technical quality systems. Currently serving as the Assistant Quality Manager at Dar Al Taqwa Hotel in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah, he ensures full compliance with ISO 22000:2018 standards and oversees the development and execution of robust food safety management systems.
A graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Al-Balqa Applied University, Mohannad has built a solid foundation in analytical processes and quality control. During his tenure with the Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG) as a Food Safety Officer, he successfully managed large-scale catering operations and implemented comprehensive systems to optimize food safety and quality across Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Hotels and Resorts at the Dead Sea, Jordan.
His technical expertise encompasses the development and execution of HACCP plans, conducting risk assessments, supplier evaluations, internal and external auditing, and creating and maintaining operational procedures such as PRPs and OPRPs. He is also proficient in developing flow diagrams and monitoring forms for Critical Control Points (CCPs) to ensure operational precision and regulatory compliance.
As a certified trainer fluent in Arabic and English, Mohannad delivers targeted training programs to teams, enhancing their understanding and execution of quality and safety protocols. With his deep technical knowledge and ability to streamline operations, he consistently drives excellence in quality management and food safety standards.
