Amro Muhaisen

Amro Muhaisen is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in managing legal strategies and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Currently serving as the Head of Legal Department at Dar since July 2013, Amro leads a team of in-house lawyers while coordinating with external counsel throughout the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Legal Counsel at Dar, where Amro managed legal matters globally, and as Legal Advisor at Eastern Investment Group Holding, focusing on governance and compliance. Earlier positions include Legal Officer at Airport International Group and Legal Associate at Khalaf Masahdeh & Partners, specializing in arbitration, litigation, and various legal issues. Amro holds a Master's degree in Commercial and Maritime Law from the University of Hertfordshire and a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Jordan.
