Alexandrina Dospinescu

Alexandrina Dospinescu is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in competition, regulatory, and audiovisual law. Currently serving as the Head of the Legal Department at PRO TV since October 2015, Alexandrina manages dispute resolution, contract negotiations, and compliance with GDPR and state aid projects for audiovisual productions. Prior to this role, Alexandrina was a Senior Associate at CMS Cameron McKenna, focusing on technology, media, and telecom sectors, and also held a position as Coordinator of the Competition and Telecom Department at Ratiu & Ratiu Law Firm. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Vice President at the National Regulatory Authority for Communications, where Alexandrina contributed to key regulatory strategies, and as Secretary of State at the Ministry of European Integration and International Affairs, overseeing legislative harmonization related to telecom and postal services. Alexandrina holds a postgraduate degree in Competition Law from King's College London, as well as degrees in Law and European Law from the University of Bucharest and the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, respectively.
