Adnan Raees

Adnan Raees has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Adnan most recently worked at Daraz as a Regional Program Manager - Customer Experience starting in 2023. Prior to that, they served as the General Manager Operational Excellence at Oware Technologies from 2022 to 2023. From 2021 to 2022, they worked at Bazaar Technologies as an Operational Excellence & Expansions Manager.

Before their time at Bazaar Technologies, Adnan held the position of Logistics Project Manager - DEX at Daraz from 2020 to 2021. In this role, they led automation initiatives and implemented projects to enhance efficiency and customer experience. Adnan also conducted time-motion studies to optimize operations. Additionally, they worked as a Visiting Faculty at NED University of Engineering and Technology from 2019 to 2020 and at Institute of Business Management from 2018 to 2020.

Adnan's work experience also includes founding and managing operations at a Stealth Startup from 2017 to 2020. Adnan served as a Project Consultant at National Foods Limited from 2017 to 2018 and as a Customer Experience Associate at Ufone for a brief period in 2017. Additionally, they worked as a Market Research Consultant at Pulse Consultant in 2017.

Throughout their career, Adnan has demonstrated expertise in operational excellence, customer experience, project management, and market research.

Adnan Raees completed their education history with diverse qualifications. From 2005 to 2009, they attended the University of Cambridge, studying Pre-Engineering and earning their O'Level/A'Level qualification. Following this, from 2011 to 2015, Adnan enrolled at Iqra University (Official), where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). Later, from 2016 to 2018, they joined KSBL and successfully obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree. In addition to their academic pursuits, in September 2014, Adnan Raees also acquired the certification of Certified Supply Chain Analyst from the ISCEA - International Supply Chain Education Alliance.
