Md. Rasheduzzaman has a diverse work experience. Md. started their career as a Teacher at Magnolia International School from July 2013 to June 2014. Md. then worked as a Finance & Admin Officer at the Society for Social & Technological Support - Bangladesh from February 2015 to September 2017. In 2018, they joined Mondol Knitwear's Ltd. as a Marketing Officer, where they worked until December 2018. Since January 2019, Md. Rasheduzzaman has been associated with Daraz, initially as an Executive - Administration & Security, then as a Senior Executive - Administration & Security until March 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Assistant Manager - Administration & Security at Daraz.

Md. Rasheduzzaman started their education in 2000 at KB High School, where they obtained their SSC degree in Science. From 2006 to 2007, they attended Befaqul Madarisil Arabiyya and completed their Daura Hadith, focusing on Hadith. In 2007, they enrolled in Jamia Shariyyah, specializing in Tafsirul Quran & Fiqh, and completed their degree in two years. Md. then pursued their HSC degree in Humanities at Bangladesh Open University from 2007 to 2009.

Moving forward, in 2010, Md. Rasheduzzaman enrolled at The Millennium University and earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature in 2014. Md. then continued their education at Uttara University in 2016, completing their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management in 2017.

Additionally, Md. Rasheduzzaman obtained two additional certifications. In 2018, they completed the Advanced HR & Administration Management Powered by Excel course from Bdjobs.com. Furthermore, they obtained the OHSAS 18001:2007 - Occupational Health & Safety Management certification from Alison in January 2023.
