Momin Iqbal

Momin Iqbal has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Momin began their career as an intern at Thal Engineering in 2013. From there, they gained experience in various fields including human resources, talent management, and brand promotion.

In 2015, Momin joined AIESEC in IBA, where they served as a Team Lead, Vice President of Promotions for YouthSpeak, and a Team Member. During their time with AIESEC, they focused on promoting global volunteer opportunities, organizing events, and developing strategies for expansion.

In 2017, Momin interned at Nizam Energy Pvt Ltd, where they designed a fellowship program and researched partnerships for social impact initiatives in solar energy solutions.

Momin also gained experience in the corporate sector, interning at Coca-Cola İçecek, where they worked on recruitment and conducted HR audits, and RB, where they focused on human resources and employee health initiatives.

Momin's work experience also includes a role as a Youth Worker at the United Nations and an internship at L'Oréal, where they were involved in brand promotion and digital marketing campaigns.

In 2019, Momin joined Daraz, initially as a management trainee in the commercial department. Momin later transitioned to roles in regional logistics, technology, and product ownership. During their time at Daraz, Momin achieved significant accomplishments, such as increasing category revenue by 3x and launching exclusive products.

Momin Iqbal obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Institute of Business Administration. Momin attended the institute from 2015 to 2019. In addition to their degree, Momin has also obtained some additional certifications. Momin completed the "Introduction to Power BI" course from DataCamp in April 2022, and the "Introduction to SQL" course from the same institution in December 2021.
