Muksud Chowdhury has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. MUKSUD began their career at MGH Group in 2013, starting as a Trainee Executive and working their way up to positions such as Executive, Senior Executive, Assistant Manager, and Manager. During their time at MGH Group, Muksud focused on customer service, business development, procurement, carrier negotiation, and pricing. MUKSUD also handled communication with overseas partners, carriers, suppliers, and customers.

In 2019, Muksud joined Daraz as an Operations Manager, where they ensured a high success rate in the biggest campaign and specifically targeted improvement in poorly performing hubs. MUKSUD also implemented 6S in all Daraz Operation facilities and conducted monthly audits to ensure compliance. In October 2021, Muksud was promoted to the role of Head of Compliance and L&D at Daraz. In this position, they have been responsible for ensuring compliance with necessary regulations, maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing top-quality training to employees.

Muksud Chowdhury completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing and Human Resource from American International University-Bangladesh. MUKSUD attended this university from 2009 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Cromwell Wright High School from 2006 to 2008, where they studied Business/Commerce as a general field of study.
