Sajjad Ali has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sajjad started their career as an intern at Askari Bank in 2009. In 2011, they briefly worked as an Operations Executive at TPL Trakker Ltd. From 2014 to 2015, they served as a Customer Service and Operations Executive at Daraz.pk. At Daraz, they continued to grow professionally, holding positions such as Team Lead Warrantors and Returns from 2016 to 2017, and then moved on to become a Lead CXP & PMO from 2017 to 2020. In this role, they handled various projects related to product quality, delivery, and e-learning. Sajjad also played a significant role in the digitalization and transformation of the system. Most recently, they have been working at Daraz as an Assistant Manager Customer Operations since 2020, before being promoted to their current position as Manager Customer & Seller Experience in August 2021.

Sajjad Ali completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Iqra University, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. Sajjad later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in the same field from the Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology from 2018 to 2019.
