Sandeep Thaiba

Sandeep Thaiba has diverse work experience in the field of IT, spanning multiple companies and roles. Sandeep started their career at WorldLink Communications in 2007 as a Customer Service Representative, where they handled customer calls and emails related to technical issues and provided support for internet and email configurations. Sandeep then moved on to become an Enterprise Support Engineer at WorldLink Communications in 2012, where they proactively monitored and managed enterprise network infrastructure and participated in network diagram development and documentation for enterprise customers.

In 2016, Sandeep joined Huawei Technologies Nepal Co. Pvt Ltd. as an IT Engineer. During their tenure, they led and executed the setup of a new office, including network design and configurations, implemented a centralized printing system, and coordinated the implementation of in-house video conference systems.

Since 2018, Sandeep has been working at Daraz. Sandeep initially held the role of Sr. IT Engineer, where they led the Head Office relocation project and implemented an IT Turnaround project, which involved the deployment of Cisco routers, switches, and Fortinet Firewalls. Sandeep also provided training to the IT staff on network design and standardization. Currently, they serve as the Head of IT at Daraz, where they successfully completed the Head Office relocation project and is currently leading another project for the same purpose. Sandeep continues to be involved in network design, planning, vendor alignment, and migration planning, while also training the IT staff.
