Shakir Iqbal

Shakir Iqbal has worked at Daraz as the Manager - Last Mile Operations in Colombo since 2020. In this role, they have managed the largest volume handled Node among all shipping providers and successfully handled a volume of 9800 during the Daraz 11.11 seasonal Campaign. Shakir has also worked as an Operation Assistant at Daraz from July 2020 to January 2023. Prior to Daraz, Shakir worked at Eagle Logistics CMB as a Sales Business Development professional from August 2018 to July 2020.

Shakir Iqbal began their education in 2003 at Royal College Colombo, where they pursued a degree in Engineering. Shakir completed their studies at this institution in 2016. In 2018, they enrolled at CINEC METRO CAMPUS and obtained a Professional Diploma in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. Shakir continued their educational journey at NIBM starting in 2020 and is expected to graduate in 2023 with a BSc (Hons) in Global Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.
