Carole Conroy

Carole Conroy has extensive experience in risk management and litigation, currently serving as the Senior Risk Management Advisor for Darden since August 2008, where responsibilities include managing guest, property, and auto claims, as well as ensuring SOX compliance. Prior roles include Senior Paralegal in Dispute Litigation/Employment Law, handling various aspects of discovery and litigation mitigation, with a focus on dram shop and liquor liability. Carole's legal career spans multiple paralegal positions involving public, auto, and corporate litigation, and Carole has expertise in ADA compliance and investigations. Additionally, Carole has experience in property law administration and systems analysis within HR technology. Educational achievements include dual Bachelor's degrees in Anthropology from the University of Florida and English Language and Literature from the University of Central Florida.
