Mark Cooper

President, Bahama Breeze & Seasons 52 at Darden Restaurants

Mark Cooper is Senior Vice President of Finance of Olive Garden and an Officer of the parent company, Darden Restaurants, Inc. He is responsible for overall financial planning and analysis, operations analysis and control, marketing analysis, and capital development review for a company with more than 860 restaurants, 80,000 team members and $4 billion in annual sales.

Mark started his Darden career in 1997 as a member of the Investor Relations and New Business team. He held a number of increasingly responsible positions and has led multiple enterprise-wide initiatives including the establishment of the Darden Business Analytics function. As part of the Olive Garden leadership team, Mark works with his peers to strengthen value for Olive Garden guests and drive profitable sales growth.

Mark received a bachelor’s degree in Advertising and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Florida State University.
