Michael Nance

Michael Nance is a seasoned Cyber Security Engineer with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various technical roles. Currently employed at Darden since March 2016, Michael specializes in managing critical cybersecurity infrastructures, including WAF, NGFW, EDR environments, and Cloud security, with a focus on Zero Trust Network Access and SIEM. Previously, Michael held positions at Lakeland Regional Health-Florida as a Sr. Systems Engineer, where responsibilities included managing SharePoint infrastructure, and served as a Senior Network Architect at Great American Insurance, overseeing Windows Server environments and CyberArk systems. Additional roles include Principal Technical Analyst and Sr. Technical Analyst at Liberty Mutual Insurance and operational roles at Passlogix and Publix Super Markets, where expertise centered around security solutions, infrastructure design, and compliance adherence. Michael holds a BA in Computer Information Systems from Florida Southern College.
