Ann Brown

Ann Brown, SPHR, MS HRD, is an experienced professional who currently holds the position of Chief People Officer at Dare to Care Food Bank. Prior to this role, Ann has held various leadership positions in human resources and organizational development, including roles at Indiana University Southeast, The Development Edge, German American, Farm Credit Mid-America, among others. Ann's expertise includes talent management, organizational development, training coordination, and instructional design. Ann holds a Masters in HRD with specialization in Curriculum and Instructional Design from Indiana State University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
