Vincent James

Vincent James Sr. is currently serving as the President & CEO at Dare to Care Food Bank since October 2021. Prior to this role, Vincent was the Sr. Pastor at Elim Baptist Church since November 1995. Additionally, Vincent held the position of Chief of Community Building at Louisville Metro Government from November 2017 to November 2021. Vincent earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Louisville from 1985 to 1990.
