Chris Panagoulias

Chris Panagoulias has a diverse work experience in the field of Information Technology. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Lab Technician at Biorasis, Inc. Chris then joined the University of Connecticut in 2010 and served as a Technical Support Technician until 2013. In 2013, they also took on the role of Lab Technician at the university. From 2013 to 2017, Chris worked at Sacred Heart University, where they initially started as a Technical Services Specialist and later became a Senior Technical Services Specialist. During their time there, they provided level 2 on-site and remote support for the IT help desk, supervised the call center, and trained level 1 technicians. In 2017, they moved on to Laurel Road, assuming the positions of IT Support Specialist and Network Security Architect. Chris held these roles until August 2020. Currently, Chris is the Director of Information Technology at DR Bank, a position they have held since March 2020.

Chris Panagoulias completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry at the University of Connecticut from 2008 to 2013. Additionally, they obtained a certification as an Apple Certified Mac Technician from Sacred Heart University in June 2014.
