Blanca Cecilia Toledo-Limón has a diverse work experience in various companies and positions. Blanca Cecilia started their career at Royal-Cargo SDRL as an Import Assistant from August 2004 to December 2006. Blanca Cecilia then joined Basicos.Tolim S.A. De C.V as a Management Team Member from July 2000 to December 2009. Later, they worked at Cummins Inc. as an Ideas in Action Manager from March 2011 to June 2013. Blanca Cecilia then joined Louis Dreyfus Company as an Export Coordinator from June 2013 to December 2016. Following that, they worked at thyssenkrupp as a Financial Analyst from December 2016 to March 2019. Currently, they are employed at Darigold as a Logistics Team Lead from April 2019.

Blanca Cecilia Toledo-Limón completed their Bachelor of Commerce - Administration degree with a focus on International Business- Supply Chain Management at the Universidad Panamericana from 2003 to 2008. Additionally, they pursued a course in French Language and Literature at Alliance Française. Blanca also studied English as a Second Language/ TOEFL at the University of Ottawa and completed a program in Business English specializing in Business and Social Skills at the University of Toronto.
