Limor Drezner

Limor Drezner is currently the VP, HR & Chief of Staff at DarioHealth. Prior to this, they served as the Head of HR for Gett from December 2015 to January 2019. In this role, they were responsible for providing community leadership for Engineering Talent Segment and demonstrating thought-leadership in recruiting market and practices. Limor also built strong relationships with the business & Corp Segment Talent Acquisition teams and developed deep understanding of the roles and external talent within the IMEA Market to improve efficiency and raise the overall capability within the Recruiter community.

Before their time at Gett, Limor served as a Global Talent Acquisition Partner- Engineering, IMEA (India, MEA) Hub & HR Consultant at Microsoft from January 2012 to December 2015. In this role, they were responsible for providing subject matter expertise on core and pivotal roles and driving consistency and best practice in talent assessment methods across the talent segment. Limor also drove progress against workforce planning in defined talent segment and led proactive sourcing and recruiting plan aligned with hiring strategies.

Prior to their time at Microsoft, Limor served as an HR Generalist & Recruiter at Hewlett-Packard from April 2011 to January 2012.
