Maud Arditti has a diverse work experience in recruitment and team development. In their most recent role as Director of Development at TUCOENERGIE, they are responsible for overseeing the growth and expansion of the company. Prior to this, they worked at Zenpark and HeyTeam, where they provided recruitment support. Maud also had roles at Inpulse, each One, DĒVOR, C-LEVELS, Agriconomie.com, Libeo, and TOTEM, where they focused on various aspects of recruitment, team structuring, and cultural implementation. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a passion for building successful teams and supporting the growth of startups.

Maud Arditti pursued their education in the field of entrepreneurship, earning a Master's degree in Entrepreneuriat from HEC Paris. Maud attended HEC Paris from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in the Hospitality Industry from EHL (Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne) between 2007 and 2011.
