Natalie Alexander

Natalie Alexander has a strong background in people management and human resources. Natalie is currently the Director of People at Dark Matter Technologies, a role they have held since 2023. Prior to that, Natalie worked at QOMPLX as the Vice President of People, where they led various talent and culture programs, as well as implemented diversity and inclusion strategies. Natalie also served as the Senior Human Resources Manager at QOMPLX, where they built the HR function and successfully transitioned HR systems during the pandemic.

Before their time at QOMPLX, Natalie was a Senior Manager at Capital One, overseeing volunteer recruitment operations and engagement strategy development. Natalie also held various roles at Points of Light, including Director of Corporate Relations and Manager of Business Training Services, where they led cross-functional teams and designed employee engagement programs for Fortune 500 corporations.

Natalie's work experience highlights their expertise in HR processes, employee engagement, strategic initiatives, and project management.

Natalie Alexander obtained a Human Resources Management Certificate from Cornell University in 2017. Natalie also holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) with a focus on Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Georgia State University. Prior to these degrees, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology at Spelman College.
