Emily Litster

Emily Litster has a diverse background in human resources and operations, currently serving as the People Operations Lead and Head of People Operations at Semaphore Solutions since January 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Corporate HR Coordinator at BC Ferries, HR Generalist at Island Traffic Group and Victoria Contracting, and a Marketing and Sales Specialist at Wildwood Outdoor Living Ltd. Early career experience involved working as a Community Outreach Representative at BC Hydro. Emily Litster holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Entrepreneurial Management from Royal Roads University and two credentials from Camosun College, including a Business Administration Diploma and additional studies in the Bachelor program.
