Project Manager

Dark Wolf Solutions is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be supporting a task order providing project management services for the Air Force. Dark Wolf is the prime contractor for this effort. This role will be located in Ogden, UT and requires a Secret clearance. Typical responsibilities include:

• Assist the team with managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Use Jira to create and manage project tasks, stories, and dashboards.
• Ensure that project resources are allocated appropriately and are utilized efficiently.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and other project-related documentation.
• Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Monitor and report project progress and status to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet the requirements and expectations of stakeholders and clients.
• Provide general office management support for the local Dark Wolf office.
• Assist with onboarding new employees.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience as a project manager
• 2+ years experience working with the Atlassian tool suite
• Previous experience as an office coordinator/manager
• Previous experience working with Cybersecurity and technical teams
• Strong customer service, written, and interpersonal skills
• A BA/BS Degree in a technical field
• US Citizenship and an active Secret clearance

Desired Qualifications:

• Possess a Project Management Professional Certification
• Previous experience leading cross functional projects
