Dark Wolf Solutions&nbsp;is looking for a&nbsp;Scrum Master who will be responsible for successful delivery of enterprise solutions to a government customer; and manage performance of tasks and projects as part of a scaled agile environment working closely with the product manager. Manage and integrate activities in accordance with contract requirements and ensure sprints and deliverables are met. Assist in establishing, sustaining, and improving team priorities, ceremonies, documentation, and reporting metrics. Build rapport with the customer, leadership, and team while guiding and coaching Scrum Teams in using Agile Methodology and Scrum practices. Implementing Scaled Agile Frameworks into multiple high value IT delivery projects. This position will be a hybrid opportunity with on site support in Herndon, VA. &nbsp;Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:&nbsp; &nbsp;Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Designing and developing a data management solution for the DoD.</li>
<li>Working in a fast-paced environment that builds cloud-based and air gapped DevSecOps platforms and products to a government customer.</li>
<li>Supporting the team by displaying an authentic understanding and concern for a team member’s technical capabilities or roadblocks.</li>
<li>Supporting team members in resolving interpersonal conflicts, problem-solving, and decision-making.</li>
<li>Focusing on the needs of team members and serve with the goal of achieving results in line with the organization’s values, principles, and business objectives.</li>
<li>Supporting the personal development of team members, helping them gain a continuous learning mindset.</li>
<li>Guiding the team to find solutions to their problems independently instead of being given the answers.</li>
<li>Helping the team provide transparency by ensuring artifacts are inspected, identifying significant differences between expected and actual results, and detecting anti-patterns.</li>
<li>Understanding and educate the team on methods beyond Scrum, such as SAFe, Team Kanban, Flow, Built-in Quality, and more.</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>3+ years of relevant experience</li>
<li>3 Years of experience leading Agile ceremonies</li>
<li>3 Years of experience managing and decomposing product backlogs</li>
<li>3 Years of experience facilitating customer requirements meetings and product demos</li>
<li>Experience scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, decision-making process, and help resolve conflicts and issues</li>
<li>Experience with monitoring progress, performance, and assisting teams to make improvements</li>
<li>Proven experience leading working sessions with product owners to review and determine requirements, scope, and schedule constraints</li>
<li>Experience with DevSecOps and agile methodology</li>
<li>Understanding of creating and implementing systems software, analyzing data, and improving processes or workflows</li>
<li>Experience performing a secure configuration baseline</li>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree or Certifications in related field</li>
<li>US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a minimum of a Secret security clearance</li>
</ul>
Desired Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Experience in DoD cloud computing environments</li>
<li>Certified Scrum Master (CSM)</li>
<li>Project or Program Management experience</li>
</ul>
 This position is located in Herndon, VA. The estimated salary range for this position is $100,000.00 - $120,000.00, commensurate on experience and technical skillset.&nbsp;
