Kim Kennedy has extensive experience in legal support and advocacy, currently serving as the Title IX Coordinator and Paralegal for Indianapolis Public Schools since February 2015, where responsibilities include managing district legal matters and directing Title IX initiatives. Kennedy is also a member of the Board of Advisors for the Association of Title IX Administrators and serves as a D2L Stewards of Children Facilitator with Darkness to Light. Previously, Kim worked as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children with CASA from 2015 to March 2020 and held various roles as a litigation paralegal at Pollack Law Firm, Craven Hoover & Blazek, and Batesky Law Office. Kim holds an Associate of Science degree in Paralegal studies from Brown Mackie College.

Our mission is, quite simply, to end child sexual abuse. With affiliates in all 50 U.S. states and 16 additional countries, we provide training and resources that empower communities to prevent, recognize, and react responsibly to child sexual abuse. Our flagship training, Stewards of Children®, is the only nationally available program scientifically proven to increase knowledge, improve attitudes, and change child-protective behaviors. This program combines child sexual abuse facts and prevention information with personal commentary from survivors, experts, and concerned adults to create a comprehensive, positive approach to prevention training.
