Setyawan Pemandu

Setyawan Pemandu is an experienced professional in the field of information systems, currently serving as an Application System Support at PT Darma Henwa Tbk. since September 2013, where responsibilities include supporting JD Edwards and Ellipse ERP systems, providing end-user training, and troubleshooting applications. Prior to this role, Setyawan was the Head of IT Labs and Instructor at Politeknik Cilacap from August 2009 to September 2013, overseeing laboratory technicians and maintaining computer systems. Setyawan's career began as a Lecturer at STMIK AMIKOM Purwokerto from February 2006 to January 2009, focusing on course preparation, curriculum evaluation, and student administration. Setyawan holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from STMIK AKAKOM Yogyakarta, earned from 2000 to 2006.
