Larry Atkins

Larry Atkins is currently an advisor at Darmiyan. Prior to that, they were the president and CEO of Meridian Behavioral Health and senior vice president of Alliance Imaging.

Atkins began their career in the healthcare industry in 2003 with Alliance Imaging. Larry was quickly promoted to senior vice president and led the company’s West Region. In this role, they oversaw 13 states with annual revenues of $105 million.

In 2007, Atkins left Alliance Imaging to become the president and CEO of Meridian Behavioral Health. During their time at Meridian, they helped the company expand its operations to 18 outpatient and inpatient behavioral health facilities.

Atkins has extensive experience in both the private and public healthcare sectors. Larry's experience has ranged from leading a team of 300 employees to overseeing the expansion of a behavioral health company. Larry is currently using their knowledge and expertise to advise Darmiyan on how to best grow and operate their business.

Larry Atkins has a BA in Biology from Miami University.
